1. Sponsor Esther Kim Varet for Congress (FEC ID: C00894915) – P.O. Box 1374, Tustin, CA 92781 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility Open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are:

• (a) U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents,

• (b) legal residents of any of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island), and

• (c) 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state, if higher).

Employees, officers, volunteers, and consultants of the Sponsor, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted.

3. Promotion Period Begins 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 26, 2025 and ends 10:00 p.m. PT on June 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are invalid.

4. How to Enter – One Entry per Person During the Promotion Period an eligible individual may obtain one (1) entry total, by either method below:

1. Donation Method: Visit estherkimvaret.com/itsmyflag and follow on-screen prompts to make a campaign contribution in any amount to Esther Kim Varet for Congress.

2. Free Online Method: Visit estherkimvaret.com/itsmyflag and complete the free entry form without making a contribution.

Duplicate, automated, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be void. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

5. Prizes (2) Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) custom “It’s My Flag” necklace (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $2,026 each; total ARV $4,052). Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Taxes Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes or other costs associated with prize acceptance or use. A Form 1099 may be issued as required by law.

7. Winner Selection & Odds A random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted on July 1, 2025 at approximately 6:00 p.m. PT and streamed live on Instagram (@estherkimvaret). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received; making a donation does not improve the chances of winning.

8. Winner Notification & Delivery Potential winners will be announced during the Instagram Live and contacted via the email/phone supplied with entry. A response is required within 24 hours; non-response, ineligibility, or returned/undeliverable notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate. Upon verification, each prize will be shipped via express mail to the winner's U.S. address for delivery by or before July 31, 2025.

9. Publicity Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and prize details for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.

10. Privacy & Data Use By entering, you understand and agree that:

• Sponsor will collect, store, and use the personal information you provide to administer this Sweepstakes and for future campaign communications, fundraising solicitations, and political messaging;

• Your contact information may be shared, rented, or sold to other campaigns, political committees, or PACs with similar goals; and

• You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry.

11. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any claim or liability arising from participation or prize use.

12. State-Law Notice Because the total prize value is under $5,000, registration and bonding under Fla. Stat. § 849.094 and N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 369-e are not required. Rhode Island residents are excluded by Sponsor’s choice; all other states and D.C. are included.
